Textbook Revolt will not sell your personal information to any third party. By entering into these Terms of Use, you agree that Texbook Revolt may collect, retain, and use your personal information, including your name, address, email address, and payment details. Service

Textbook Revolt is an online student-to-student book rental service, in which users can rent books from other users for a specified period of time.

Service modifications

Texbook Revolt is in constant development and the service can be modified at any time. We are always looking out for the best interest of our users.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register for an account for use of the site. Your account may be terminated without warning if we believe that you are under the age of 18. All financial transactions will be processed in U.S. dollars.

Transaction fee

Texbook Revolt will retain 33% of all transactions on the site.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees that Texbook Revolt will charge will be displayed during checkout.

Late fees

Late fees will be charged at the rented daily rate for any unreturned books for a period of 30 days past the due date. Any unreturned book, after the 30-day late fee period, will be charged the full price of the textbook minus any rental and late fees already paid by the user.

Damaged books

Textbook Revolt may charge you for any damage you have caused to any books at a reasonable rate at its descretion.

Collections

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, send your account to a collection agency if you fail to pay all fees due and owing to Textbook Revolt.

Notifications

You agree that any notifications or receipts from Textbook Revolt will be delivered to you by email at the address you provided and that all notifications are a courtesy, and it will be your responsibility to be aware of due dates and your account information.

Payments

Users must have a confirmed credit or debit card in order to make payments. Textbook Revolt accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Textbook Revolt reserves the right to store your credit or debit card information and to charge it accordingly for any rental fees, transaction fees, late fees, shipping fees, damage fees, or unreturned book fees. Textbook Revolt will process your transactions in a timely manner.

Errors

If a book is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information received, Textbook Revolt will make every effort to right the error, but shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Textbook Revolt will issue a credit to your credit or debit card account.

Refunds

All sales are final, but we make every effort to help our users with their problems. Please contact us if you have any problems.

Returns

Returns must be made by at end of your rental period. You will be held responsible for any late return shipments that are not delivered by your due date.

Ownership

All books are property of their original owners.

All website design, text, photographs, animations, graphics, sound, software and other content, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of Textbook Revolt or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright law.
